Today, I feel easily. Being friends with stress has to be one of the best lessons in my recent years. There’s clearly no point in digging the stress open wide and talk about how it looks and feels like. It is, ultimately, unique to everyone.
One solution, and that’s only if there’s any problem at all, is to know that this is common. We are beings of the cognitive aspirations. Bound to feel stress. Bound to deal with it.
And, the only way out is not through, but with it.
